Deep AI Solutions Inc respects the privacy of the roofing companies we serve and the visitors who land on deeproofing.app. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Territory check / claim form data. When you submit the ZIP territory check on the Site, we collect your ZIP code, company name, name, and contact information.
- Account and billing data. If you subscribe to a Service, we collect your business details and, through our payment processor, the billing information needed to process payment (we do not store full card numbers ourselves — see Section 3).
- Correspondence. Email or other communications you send us in the course of evaluating or using our Services.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs request metadata including IP address, user agent, timestamp, and URL path, retained on a rolling 60-day window for security and operational purposes.
- Cookies. The Site uses only essential cookies required for navigation and security. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the Services you request, including territory checks, AI visibility audits, and reports.
- To process payment and manage your subscription, including your Geographic Exclusivity Zone.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To send transactional emails about your territory check, subscription, or account.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
3. Sub-processors
We rely on the following third-party providers to operate the Site and Services. Each is contractually bound to handle data only as instructed and consistent with this policy.

DeepRoofing’s AI visibility audits and reports are produced using generative AI systems as part of the broader Deep AI Solutions platform. Section 7 of our Terms of Service describes how we handle AI-generated outputs.
4. Data retention
Territory-check and lead data are retained for the life of your engagement and for up to twelve months after termination, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are retained for sixty days.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@deepaisolutions.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@deepaisolutions.comwith the subject line “Privacy Request.”
7. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. 8. Texas residents (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act)
Deep AI Solutions is headquartered in Texas and DeepRoofing serves Texas roofing companies. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Texas residents may confirm whether we process their personal data, access and correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of legally significant decisions. 9. Children
The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
